Menus-Custom designed menus are available. The enclosed menus are a sample of our chef’s culinary offerings. Prices subject to change.

 

Event Hours- Dunegrass Banquet facility is available for meetings, workshops and conferences during regular business hours. During the off season and selected weeks during the golf season there will be no room fee when food is being served: a minimum food and beverage Purchase may apply. A determined room fee maybe applied during the golf season (May- October) Additional hours may be purchased for $250.00 per hour if pre-arranged.

 

Deposits and Payments-A $1000.00 deposit, credited to your balance, is required to secure the date of your function.  This deposit will be used if any damage occurs at your event, otherwise deposit will be deducted from the final balance. An additional 50% deposit is required three months prior to the event with the balance due Two weeks before the event.

 

Guaranteed Attendance -The guaranteed number of guests is required two weeks before the date of the event. This number must be adhered to in order to cater your event to our exacting standard of service.

 

Gratuity Charge/ Tax-A traditional 20% gratuity and 7% Maine state tax will be added to all food and open bar tabs.

 

Decorations / Exhibits-Dunegrass complies with the safety codes set forth by the Old Orchard Beach Fire Department. We discourage the affixing of materials to walls and ceilings and, where required. A fee may be incurred for damages.

 

Additional Fees-A bartender fee of $50.00 shall be waived when each of the bar sales reach $200.00.

 

A carving fee of $75.00 will be added for a chef attended carving or sauté station.

 

Audio and equipment rentals will be charged accordingly.

 

Dunegrass will not assume responsibility for damage to or loss of any items sent to us for storage.
